I stopped in here because I was in the area, definitely not my usual spot. They don’t have as big of a selection for exotic (reptiles/rodents) as other big name chain stores but the employees here were soooo nice. A man who I’m guessing was the manager talked to us about the animals on display (the absolute cutest baby guinea pigs and rabbits and also snakes and scorpions!) and you could tell he actually cared about the animals and wanted to help us. I wish I lived closer to make this my regular pet store!

Took my dog in for a bath and trim his nails.... he loves it!!! Everyone in the grooming department is great. They don't rush...they take time to do things right and you can tell they love animals as well. Highly recommend!!

Need the best groomer? Ask for Michelle. She does an outstanding job, very professional. I’ve been using her as a groomer for 4 years. She loves my dog like he was hers. Michelle is one of the best groomers in Lancaster, always willing to fit Cooper in. Give her a try!!

I recently visited Petsense and had a great experience! The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of pet supplies—from food and toys to grooming products and accessories. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help me find the right items for my pet. What really stood out was the small-town feel with big-name service. They even had adoptable pets from local shelters, which I thought was a nice touch. Prices were reasonable, and they had a solid selection of trusted brands. Overall, I’d highly recommend Petsense to any pet owner looking for quality products and excellent customer service. Definitely a go-to spot for pet needs!

I brought our puppy Benji for the first time to be groomed and first time at this location. I must say Michelle Krenzien done a great job grooming him… I could hardly recognize him and he even looked younger😂😍but Michelle is the go to person to groom your pet. Thank you again! …

We recently adopted a shelter dog and with that....came the fleas. It was a nightmare. She was scratching her skin raw and they were jumping onto my kids. We tried every home remedy. She got a double flea dip a week ago and she's a different dog!!! Before you go but expensive meds or go to the vet, get the flea treatment here. I haven't seen a flea in days.

The lady (I forgot to ask her name) was really awesome and very knowledgeable. She has been the most helpful person I've spoke with in many years particularly in reference to dog food that helps sensitive skin and sensitive bellies. This was around 6pm on Saturday she knows who she is so thank you kindly....m Which I also told her in person I just wish I knew her name to give her the credit she deserves.
